We Offer Friendly, Helpful Advice
During a pre-season tune-up and safety check, one of our certified HVAC technicians will thoroughly assess the condition of your heating and cooling equipment. They’ll make necessary adjustments to ensure your system operates at peak efficiency and alert you to any potential concerns if we find them. If we think your system could benefit from a repair or replacement part, we’ll walk you through your options. Of course, we’re not going to pressure you into buying anything. It’s just friendly advice!
We’re Compliant
Our technicians are trained, certified, licensed and insured to do the work you hire them to perform. We wish we could say that about all HVAC technicians. Unfortunately, there are some bad actors out there who undercut the competition by skirting the law. They don’t get the required permits or carry adequate insurance. So, while they maybe cheaper, you could be held liable if the contractor is injured on your property.
Also, any work performed by an unlicensed contractor could void your HVAC’s current or extended warranty. That means you’d be on the hook for the full cost of the repair. It’s just not worth the risk.

It’s not an easy thing inviting a stranger into your home. That’s why we’re very selective in who we hire. Each technician we bring on board passes a rigorous employee screening process. We’re diligent in providing ongoing safety training and drug testing. In addition to being good at what they do, our technicians will be a pleasure to have around. They wear shoe coverings, use drop cloths and always clean up after themselves.
